Stratford District Council have approved the final version of our Plan and have set a date of January 19th 2023 to conduct a referendum on the Plan amongst Quinton Parish residents.
All of the documents relating to the referendum will be published on 1st December 2022. A paper copy of the full Plan will be placed in the St Swithin's Church porch and the Pavilion Coffee Shop at Meon Vale.'
As a reminder the Plan covers development in the Parish up until 2031 and includes policies on housing and green spaces and other environmental and infrastructure issues.

Stratford on Avon District Council (SDC) have started consultation on the Neighbourhood Development Plan formally submitted by Quinton Parish Council. This is the final stage of consultation prior to external examination and a referendum.

Residents who wish to provide input are encouraged to do this online or by email. Information on how to do this can be found at the above website address. Alternatively input can be sent in by post. Spare copies of the forms to do this can be found with the information packs that have been left in St Swithins Church porch and in the Community Coffee Shop at Meon Vale. Input must be received by 5pm 11 March.
The draft NDP dated 11 May 2021 is available here for residents to view as part of the 6 week consultation process 17 May to 27 June 2021 inclusive. This is known as Regulation 14 pre-submission consultation.
